Reservations and Deposits

All reservations should be made in writing either by fax, letter, or e-mail

Deposits:
�A deposit of 100% is required to confirm a reservation
�Credit Card payments is acceptable with the following conditions:
�Credit Card Authorization Form must be received 48 hrs after confirmed reservation.
�We will block it 30 days before arrival date in order to guarantee the reservation.
�Full payment will be confirmed during the check out date.

Final of Payment:
Full payment is required 30 (Thirty) days prior to arrival date and you will find the deadline prepay in the confirmation of the reservation. Casa Corcovado is not responsible for any delays in the payment in order to guarantee the booking.

Payment Form:
Payments may be check or money order drawn on a U.S Bank, payable to Casa Corcovado S.A., and mailed to our post office box in the United States.

Cancellation Policies
The Following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified after the booking is confirmed by Casa Corcovado. Days prior to Package Commencement

30 Days $ 50.00 p/p
29-15 Days 50% p/p
Less 15 Days 100% p/p

Note:
�Notification of cancellation must be in writing, acceptable either by fax or by e-mail.
�Any additional airline charges will be assessed for all cancellations.
�All request for refund must be writing within 15 days following completion of the trip after which no refund request will be considerate.
�No refunds will be made for unused air, land, boat, tours arrangements once the trip has commenced.
�Refunds, if any, will be limited to the amount actually recovered, less than the cost of obtaining such refunds.

Responsibility
�Casa Corcovado S.A it�s directors, employees, and agents are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, omission, irregularity or non performance occurring in connection with these arrangements.
�Please limit your luggage to 25 pounds (12kg) per person, Luggage storage service is available at most hotels.
�Casa Corcovado is not responsible for the excess of your luggage.

We reserve the right to change or omit potions of any itinerary if warranted by inclement weather or sea conditions.
