Reservations and Deposits

All reservations should be made in writing either by fax, letter, or e-mail

Deposits:
A deposit of 100% is required to confirm a reservation
Space will be blocked when deposit is received.
Credit Card payments of deposits are acceptable with the following
conditions:
1- Credit Card Authorization Form must be received 48 hrs after confirmed reservation.
2- Credit card authorization form is used to guarantee your reservation, a credit card or other form of payment will be needed to make final payment during check out at the hotel.

· Rates are per person
· Alcohol beverages are not included.
· Casa Corcovado Closed during the months of September, October and we open again in November 15th.
· Children package based on children‚s under 12 years, sharing room with adults
· Charge of $ 25.00 will not apply for the fourth person in a Junior Suite.
· Rates are subject to change without notice according to the new prices of the Airlines. (Sansa and Travel Air).
· A deposit of 100% is required to confirm a reservation.
· Casa Corcovado is not responsible for any delays in payment in order to guarantee the booking.

Final out Payment:
Full payment is required 30 (Thirty) days prior to arrival date, you will find the prepayment date in the confirmation of the reservation. Casa Corcovado is not responsible for any delays in the payment needed to guarantee the booking.

Payment Form:
Payments may be check or money order drawn on a U.S Bank, payable to Casa Corcovado S.A., and mailed to our post office box in the United States.

Cancellation Policies
The Following scale of charges will apply when a cancellation is made after the reservation is confirmed by Casa Corcovado.

Days prior to arrival date:
30 days to 22 days $ 100.00 p/p
21 days to 15 days 25% of the package per person
15 days to 10 days 50% of the package per person
= Less 10 days 100% of the package per person.

Note:
�Notification of cancellation must be in writing, acceptable either by fax or by email.
�Any additional airline charges will be assessed for all cancellations.
�All request for refund must be writing within 15 days following completion of the trip after which no refund request will be considered.
�No refunds will be made for unused air, land, boat or tour arrangements one the trip has commenced.
�Refunds, if any will be limited to the amount actually recovered, minus the cost of obtaining such refunds.

Responsibilities and liability
Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge and its‚ hotel acting as hotel of the passengers and in all matters relating to hotel accommodations, tours, transports, etc, shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services. In the event of such right the terms of this clause apply. Casa Corcovado S.A reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of any tour.

By utilizing the services of the Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge you agree that neither Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge nor any representative shall be liable for death, any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to a client or those traveling with him or in connection with any accommodations, transportations or other travel services, or resulting directly or indirectly form any occurrences or conditions beyond the control of Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge, including but no limited to, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules.

Medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during all or part of the trip. You are responsible for selecting a trip appropriate to your liabilities and interests. You are responsible for insuring that you are in sufficient good health to undertake the trip, and that you are prepared for the trip by studying the itinerary and pre-departure materials sent by Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge.

Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge requires that all participants be covered by appropriated life, accident and medical insurance and that they be financially responsible for such expenses. We also recommend that all participants insure their personal property from loss and theft. Casa Corcovado is not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from such events. Many of the activities involved are inappropriate for persons with severe health problems or physical disabilities, which inhibit walking or other activities. It is the passenger‚s responsibility to judge the appropriateness of these travel activities in regard to his/her physical capabilities. Every passenger has to check the level of difficulty rating and decide whether this tour is for them..
